Why is my bill so high? How could I have used that much water?

You could possibly have a leaky toilet or faucet that is difficult to detect.  Just call the office and we will work with you to solve the problem. Click here to view water conservation tips.

Why is my water cloudy sometimes?

A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look. 

When will my bill be mailed?

All bills are mailed the last working day of each month and payment due by the 10th of each month. Failure to receive a bill will not relieve customers from the consequences of non-payment.  If you have not received your bill by the 5th of the month, call our office and ask for the amount due.

If I don’t use any water will I still get a bill?

Yes you will. There is a minimum base rate as long as the membership remains in effect.

Why am I experiencing low water pressure?

Check your meter and surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, call our office and report low pressure for your area.

What chemicals are added to the water?

Only chemicals that are approved by the National Safety Foundation for treatment of drinking water.

Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?

We may have received it after the bills were processed. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.

Can I get an extension to pay my bill so I don’t get disconnected?

There are no extensions for the payments. They have to be paid when they are due or before the disconnect date.
